Direction For Use
-Sit quietly with your feet touching the floor and your upper arm exposed for 5 minutes.
-Tie the cuff on your upper arm.
-Place your arm on a table so that the cuff is at the same level as your heart.
-Press start on the monitor.
-You will get your blood pressure reading after 30 seconds.
Safety Information/Precautions
Do not measure your blood pressure within 30 minutes of exercising, bathing, eating, and smoking.
-Follow your doctor’s instructions.
-Replace the batteries if your device stops working.
-The cuff is meant to be tied on your upper arm only.
